As a Security Officer Unarmed Driver Badge Access in East Wenatchee, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a commercial real estate data center location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct access control activities, and maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate professionally, and use technology to support daily operations. A valid driver’s license is required for this driving position. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and other stakeholders by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate data center location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the property, building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
Monitor access to restricted areas, verify visitor and contractor credentials as directed, and maintain accurate security-related logs and incident reports.
Communicate professionally with site personnel, emergency responders, and Allied Universal leadership regarding daily activities, incidents, and maintenance-related concerns observed during patrols.
