As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a leading automotive location, you will be the first point of contact, providing exceptional customer service and communication to all visitors and employees. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Monitor and control access to the location, verifying identification and credentials as required.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences.
• Communicate professionally with visitors, vendors, and/or employees, addressing inquiries and providing information as needed.
• Assist with emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal and/or site management.
• Help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity through attentive presence and observation at the front desk.
