Job Description As a Security Officer - Auto Facility Rounds Driver in Louisville, KY , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within an automotive location, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. This primarily driving post allows you to remain visible, interact with clients and visitors, and provide outstanding customer service. Requirements

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity within the automotive environment.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents encountered during patrols.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and employees at the location.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points, helping to maintain a secure environment for personnel and assets.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports regarding daily activities and any incidents that occur.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal management and local law enforcement as needed during emergency situations or investigations.
