As a Security Officer Auction Mobile in West Palm Beach, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Minimum of 6 months of security related experience.
• A guard card or license is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• CPR certification is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and guests at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, offices, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity and potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as directed by site policies, and report unauthorized access attempts or irregular conditions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Document patrol activity, incidents, and observations through accurate written reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
