Requirements

Possess a concealed carry weapons permit.
Possess an active Department of Defense Secret clearance.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR certification is preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, sensitive areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points, verify credentials, and report unauthorized access attempts and/or suspicious activity.
Maintain accurate patrol and incident records and promptly communicate security-related concerns to designated personnel.
