About The Position

As a Security Officer Armed with Active Clearance Patrol Inspection in Oklahoma City, OK, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic aerospace and defense location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and respond professionally to site needs. You will deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a caring, teamwork-focused culture built on agility, reliability, innovation, and integrity. This role requires an active armed guard card/license and DoD Secret Clearance.

Requirements

• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access control requirements, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of facilities, restricted areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials for authorized personnel, visitors, contractors, and deliveries in accordance with site requirements.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports related to patrols, incidents, observations, and other security-related activities.
