As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and respond to alarms and emerging situations with calm professionalism. You will interact with employees and visitors, provide high-level customer service, and communicate clearly while documenting security-related activity. You will represent an agile, reliable, and innovative team that puts people first and acts with integrity. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct armed foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, and perimeter, including regular and random patrol patterns based on site requirements. Monitor access points, observe for unusual activity, and help to deter unauthorized entry, theft, and/or disruptive behavior through high-visibility presence and professional communication. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assessing conditions, coordinating with site contacts and/or law enforcement, and providing clear updates. Complete detailed reports on patrols, incidents, and policy exceptions, and support investigations by preserving observations and relevant information per site procedures. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
