As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment within a dynamic food and beverage location. Requirements

Have at least 1 year of armed security, law enforcement, or military experience.
Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
Possess an armed guard card or license.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Carry out security-related procedures and site-specific policies in accordance with Allied Universal guidelines, providing customer service to all visitors, staff, and vendors at the location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing de-escalation techniques when appropriate.
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility, including the perimeter and designated areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible presence.
Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report suspicious activity.
Assist with emergency response activities as required, following established protocols for the food and beverage environment.
Complete detailed reports and documentation of incidents, observations, and daily activities as required by Allied Universal and site management.
Collaborate with site personnel and local law enforcement as needed to address security-related concerns or incidents.
Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance while representing Allied Universal at the location.
