Requirements

Possess a Concealed Carry Weapons Permit.
Have 1+ years of law enforcement experience or 2+ years of security-related supervisor or manager experience or 3+ years of security-related experience.
Possess an Armed Guard Card or License.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, government location policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities while assigned to an armed patrol post.
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or public agencies as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and support security-related concerns.
Monitor access points, verify authorized entry where required, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or policy violations according to site protocols.
Support emergency preparedness activities by assisting with evacuations, alarm responses, and/or other incident procedures while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.
