As a Security Officer Armed Patrol Protection in Camden, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Armed Security Officer supporting an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while upholding Allied Universal’s values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, care, and integrity. An armed guard card or license is required for this role.

Requirements

• An armed guard card or license is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control requirements, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and escalation protocols.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, controlled areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and authorization, and document visitor, contractor, and vehicle activity in accordance with site requirements.
• Prepare accurate incident reports, maintain required logs, and communicate observations and concerns to Allied Universal leadership and designated client contacts.
