As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol financial institution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a reassuring presence for clients and visitors. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and deliver exceptional customer service while supporting a secure environment. Requirements

Have at least 1 year of experience in armed security, law enforcement, or military roles.
Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior, with attention to the unique needs of financial institution locations.
Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas, verifying identification and access credentials as required for armed posts.
Maintain thorough and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and client protocols.
Work collaboratively with law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary, providing support during incidents at the location.
Remain alert and prepared to act in accordance with armed post responsibilities, following all applicable regulations and company policies.
