As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned financial institution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a reassuring presence. You will conduct regular patrols, remain visible, and deliver outstanding customer service while supporting a secure environment. Requirements

Have at least 1 year of armed security, law enforcement, or military experience.
Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter potential security-related issues.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious activities.
Document and report any security-related incidents, observations, or concerns according to Allied Universal protocols.
Interact with employees, visitors, and/or customers to provide assistance and information as needed while maintaining a visible presence.
Coordinate with local law enforcement and/or emergency responders when required.
Operate and maintain assigned security-related equipment, including firearms, in accordance with Allied Universal and client policies.
