As an Armed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols and maintain a visible presence that helps to reduce security-related incidents. You will respond to concerns, document observations, and deliver standout customer service through clear communication and professionalism. Requirements

• Possess a Concealed Carry Weapons Permit.
• Have 1+ Years' Law Enforcement Experience OR 2+ Years' Security Supervisor/Manager Experience OR 3+ Years' Security Experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• CPR Certification is preferred.
• An Armed Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Customer Service Experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Perform armed post duties in accordance with Allied Universal guidelines, local laws, and site requirements, including maintaining control of issued equipment and following use-of-force reporting procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation, contacting law enforcement and/or emergency services, and supporting evacuations when directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter, with attention to entry points, ATM areas, parking areas, and other high-traffic zones to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Complete detailed incident reports, daily activity logs, and/or other required documentation, and communicate observations promptly to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
