Requirements

  • Possess at least 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience, or a college degree.
  • Possess an armed guard card or license.
  • Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
  • Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
  • Handcuffing certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities in an aerospace and defense billing environment.
  • Monitor dispatch communications, receive and document service requests, and coordinate appropriate responses to routine and critical situations.
  • Maintain accurate logs of calls, incidents, visitor activity, and dispatch actions in accordance with site procedures.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as directed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned business areas and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and report observed concerns.
