You will conduct routine mobile patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver outstanding customer service. Requirements

• Possess a concealed carry weapons permit.
• Possess at least one year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and escalating concerns as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of facilities, access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor and control access to restricted areas, verify credentials as required, and report suspicious activity or policy violations.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain required documentation related to patrols, incidents, inspections, and security-related observations.
