As a Security Officer Armed Driver Patrol Response in Oklahoma City, OK, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer at a financial institution, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a secure environment for employees and visitors. This driving post requires an armed guard card/license and a valid driver's license. Requirements

  • Possess a valid armed guard card or license.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
  • Conduct regular and random armed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter boundaries to help deter unauthorized activity.
  • Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as needed.
  • Monitor access points, observe visitor and employee activity, and report unusual conditions or policy concerns to site leadership.
  • Maintain required reports, incident documentation, and patrol logs in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.
