As a Dispatch Officer in an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and supporting a secure environment. This is an armed and/or driving position. You will be highly visible, communicate clearly with team members, and deliver exceptional customer service. Requirements

Have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree.
Possess an armed guard card or license.
Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
CPR and First Aid certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage security-related communications and dispatch activities for the site, coordinating with on-site personnel and emergency responders as needed.
Respond promptly to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures for the location.
Provide customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and contractors with security-related inquiries and access control procedures.
Document and report all incidents, activities, and irregularities in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific policies.
Support access control by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials, and maintaining visitor logs as required for the location.
Assist in the implementation of emergency response activities, including communication and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
Follow site-specific protocols and Allied Universal procedures to help to deter unauthorized activities and maintain order at the location.
