As a Dispatch Officer in an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service through clear communication. This is an armed and driving position. Requirements

Have at least 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree.
Possess an armed guard card or license.
Provide proof of high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Pepper spray certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate as the primary point of contact for dispatching security-related personnel and resources throughout the location.
Monitor and respond to incoming communications, including phone calls and radio traffic, in a professional and timely manner.
Coordinate responses to incidents and critical situations, providing clear instructions and maintaining composure under pressure.
Document and log all security-related activities, incidents, and communications according to established procedures.
Collaborate with on-site teams to relay important information and updates as situations develop.
Support site-specific policies, procedures, and emergency response protocols as directed by Allied Universal and client requirements.
Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting visitors, contractors, and employees as needed.
Conduct periodic status checks with field personnel to help to deter unauthorized activities and maintain situational awareness across the location.
