Join Allied Universal on an armed patrol post at a major financial institution, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, stay highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and respond professionally to concerns. You will communicate clearly with staff and visitors while supporting a caring, people-first culture grounded in teamwork and integrity. This role requires an Armed Guard Card and/or License.

Requirements

• Have 3+ Years' Combined Law Enforcement/Military/Security Experience OR a College Degree.
• Have an Armed Guard Card/License.
• Be 21+ Years of Age.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Perform armed patrol duties in accordance with Allied Universal policies, applicable laws, and post orders, maintaining proper weapons handling and required documentation.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including alarm activations, suspicious activity, and disruptive individuals.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout interior areas, exterior grounds, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or criminal activity; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Complete accurate reports and logs, communicate with client personnel and/or emergency services as needed, and support access control measures such as monitoring entrances and verifying credentials.
