Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help discourage security-related incidents, and support employees and visitors with strong customer service and communication. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, yard, parking areas, loading and shipping zones, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or maintenance-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit activity for employees, visitors, and delivery traffic, helping to follow site access protocols and reporting suspicious or unauthorized activity.
• Support security-related operations by observing package movement areas, trailer lots, and dock activity, and reporting incidents, hazards, and/or policy violations according to site procedures.
