About The Position

As a Security Officer Access Services in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out access control duties, security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and permissions, and report unusual activity or access concerns in a calm, professional manner.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations with a problem-solving approach, following post instructions and site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, noting conditions that could impact daily operations or require follow-up.
• Complete required logs, reports, and communications related to access activity, incidents, and/or visitor management.
