About The Position

As a Security Officer Access Representative in Hollywood, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Requirements

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Guard card is required.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors by carrying out site-specific access procedures, community policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor and vendor authorization, and help to deter unauthorized access to the location.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related activities according to site guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of residential common areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to observe conditions and report unusual activity.
