About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Security Officer Access Permission Review in Manchester, Pennsylvania. The officer will help maintain a secure and welcoming environment by monitoring entry points, verifying credentials, managing visitor access, and documenting activity. The role includes providing professional customer service, communicating with site personnel, and responding to security-related concerns. The schedule is Saturdays and Sundays from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The pay rate is $17.50 per hour. Requirements

Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles or at least 21 years old for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment.
Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and conduct emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
Monitor entry points, verify credentials, manage visitor access, and document activity.
Communicate clearly with site personnel and respond to security-related concerns.
