As a Security Officer Access Patrol in Mooresville, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Security Officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and support access activities with strong customer service and communication. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• CPR certification is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and/or emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, loading zones, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and report unauthorized access attempts, policy violations, and/or facility issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Support daily operations by observing shipping and receiving activity, checking restricted areas, and reporting hazards, maintenance concerns, and/or other irregular conditions in accordance with site procedures.
