Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by following access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a fast-paced technology location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorizations, and help to deter unauthorized access to offices, data-sensitive areas, and other restricted spaces.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, observing for unusual activity, unsecured doors, and other security-related issues within the location.
• Support badge administration, visitor processing, package screening protocols, and escort procedures while maintaining accurate logs and professional interactions.
