About The Position

As a Security Officer Access Management in Earth City, Missouri, you will safeguard a logistics and distribution location by managing entry points, verifying credentials, maintaining access records, deterring unauthorized activity, and providing customer service and communication. The role supports smooth site operations and requires professional, reliable, and integrity-driven conduct. This is a full-time position with a schedule of 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday. The pay rate is $18.00 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required before employment.
A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and authorized access, and maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and delivery records.
Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations, escalating matters according to site procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, parking areas, and the business perimeter to identify and report unusual activity or security-related concerns.
Support the orderly movement of vehicles, deliveries, and personnel while following established site procedures and communicating professionally with site contacts.
