You will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence, and providing outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Assist with access control procedures by verifying credentials and monitoring entry and exit points at the location.
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by addressing inquiries and following site-specific policies.
Carry out security-related procedures as directed by Allied Universal and site management.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
Document and report any security-related incidents, observations, or irregularities according to site and Allied Universal guidelines.
Support emergency response activities and assist with evacuations or drills as required by the location.
Maintain a visible presence at key access points to help to deter unauthorized access and reinforce site policies.
