This driving post includes mobile responsibilities under AU driver policy requirements. You will perform routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service through teamwork, integrity, and a people-first approach.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, screening employees, visitors, contractors, and/or deliveries entering and leaving the location.
• Monitor entry points, verify credentials, issue badges or visitor passes, and maintain accurate access logs and other security-related documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and emergency responders when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or unauthorized access.
• Support security-related operations within a manufacturing and industrial location by following post orders, reporting maintenance or hazard concerns, and documenting observations in a timely manner.
