You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to concerns, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Use computer or tablet tools to support daily activities while working with a reliable, innovative team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

Requirements

  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a corporate technology location by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, entrances, parking facilities, exterior spaces, and the business perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or security-related concerns.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control issues, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
  • Monitor visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and assist with managing access to authorized areas.
  • Document observations, incidents, and security-related activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
