Requirements

Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by following access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing location.
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, process visitor check-in and/or contractor access, and report unusual activity according to site protocols.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols around designated areas, including entrances, loading areas, and perimeter points, with working environments and conditions varying by location.
Support security-related operations by maintaining access logs, observing for policy violations, and helping to deter unauthorized access to restricted and/or production areas.
