Job Description As a Security Officer - Access Control in Stuttgart, AR , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor entry points, manage visitor access, and conduct routine patrols to help deter security-related incidents. Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and control access to the manufacturing and industrial location, verifying credentials and granting entry to authorized personnel, visitors, and vehicles as per site-specific protocols.
- Assist with visitor management, including registration, issuing badges, and providing directions as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible Allied Universal presence.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
- Document and report any security-related incidents, irregularities, or unusual activity to the appropriate personnel.
- Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and guests by addressing inquiries and assisting with security-related matters.
- Follow site-specific policies, procedures, and post orders as directed by Allied Universal and client management.
