Requirements

  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a manufacturing location.
  • Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor information, and document deliveries, contractors, and/or guests according to post instructions.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns to the appropriate contacts.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the perimeter, noting unusual activity and helping to deter unauthorized access.
  • Support employee and visitor traffic flow during shift changes and high-volume periods while maintaining accurate logs and clear communication with site personnel.
