As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Access Control in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will support access control, assist patients, visitors, and staff with professionalism, and communicate clearly while responding to security-related concerns. Requirements

  • Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • A Guard Card or license is preferred.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies in a healthcare laboratory environment.
  • Monitor access points, verify credentials, manage visitor entry procedures, and report unusual activity or unauthorized access attempts to appropriate personnel.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of laboratory buildings, offices, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and contacting emergency services and/or site leadership when appropriate.
  • Document incidents, patrol findings, access concerns, and other security-related activities accurately and promptly in required reports.
