As an Access Control professional with Allied Universal at a leading food and beverage location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring entrances and exits, conducting routine patrols, and maintaining a visible presence. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, clear communication, and upholding our values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first in a dynamic and people-focused environment.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including access control measures at the location.
Monitor and control entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access to the premises.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to observe and report any unusual activity or potential concerns.
Assist with emergency response activities as appropriate for the location.
Maintain accurate and detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and/or any irregularities encountered.
Communicate and collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address security-related needs or issues as they arise.
