About The Position

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor and control access points, verify credentials, issue visitor passes, maintain visitor logs, and direct authorized individuals to appropriate areas.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, loading docks, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.
• Document incidents, access-control activities, and irregular conditions in clear reports, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
