Job Description As a Security Officer - Access Control Driver in HOPE, AR , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Access Control professional with Allied Universal at a leading food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. Your presence supports a secure environment for employees and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver's license, and you will be a visible representative of Allied Universal's values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.
Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor and control access points to help to deter unauthorized entry into the facility.
Follow site-specific policies and procedures related to access control within a food and beverage production location.
Provide customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and/or vendors with access procedures and general inquiries.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and its perimeter to help to deter potential security-related issues.
Document and report any access violations, unusual activities, or security-related incidents as required by site procedures.
Support emergency response activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client-specific guidelines.
