About The Position

As a Security Officer - Access Control Driver in Weiner, AR , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Security Officer specializing in access control at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. Your role includes conducting routine patrols, being highly visible, and supporting a secure environment for employees and visitors. This position may require driving responsibilities. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor and control access to the manufacturing and industrial location, verifying credentials and authorizations for entry and exit.
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential hazards.
Document observations, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal and site protocols.
Support emergency response activities, including assisting with evacuations and following established protocols.
Communicate clearly and professionally with site personnel, law enforcement, and/or emergency responders as required.
