About The Position

As a Security Officer - Access Control Driver in Wynnewood, OK, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As an Access Control Officer in a chemical and petrochemical location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring entrances, verifying credentials, and conducting routine patrols. Your presence helps maintain a secure environment while delivering outstanding customer service. This position requires a valid driver's license and adherence to driving policy requirements. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Monitor and control access to the location, verifying credentials and granting entry to authorized personnel and/or visitors as per site-specific procedures.
Provide customer service by answering questions and assisting employees, contractors, and/or guests with access-related needs.
Respond promptly to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for chemical and petrochemical environments.
Conduct regular and random patrols of the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and identify potential security-related concerns.
Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal and client site policies.
Follow site-specific policies and procedures, including those related to hazardous materials and emergency response, as required at chemical and petrochemical locations.
Assist with emergency response activities, including evacuations and coordination with first responders when appropriate.
Maintain a visible presence at access points to help to deter unauthorized individuals and support a secure environment for all personnel.
