This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license, supporting mobile presence across the site. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Staff access control points by verifying credentials, directing visitors and contractors through check-in and check-out processes, issuing temporary badges when authorized, and maintaining visitor and delivery logs.
• Monitor and/or control entry for employees, vendors, and deliveries, helping to deter unauthorized access and supporting orderly traffic flow at gates, lobbies, and receiving areas.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications, documenting events, and assisting with scene control as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and perimeter, noting and reporting unusual activity, hazards, and/or policy violations in accordance with post orders.
