As a Security Officer Access Control Driver in Justin, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic location where you will conduct routine foot and/or vehicle patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license. Working with a caring team, you will bring reliability, agility, and integrity to daily interactions and site support.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, noting unusual activity and/or conditions and reporting concerns through appropriate channels.
• Help to deter unauthorized access, disturbances, and/or policy violations through visible presence and routine observation.
• Document incidents, observations, and/or daily activities in accordance with site expectations and Allied Universal guidelines.
