You will monitor entry points, conduct routine patrols, and help to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to the location to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain a secure environment.
• Verify the credentials of employees, visitors, and contractors entering and exiting the premises in accordance with site-specific policies.
• Provide customer service by addressing questions and assisting individuals at access points.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, observations, or concerns to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel.
• Support emergency response activities as needed, including directing individuals and providing information to first responders.
• Maintain a visible presence at access control points to help to deter unwanted activity and promote a secure atmosphere at the location.
