The responsibilities support daily operations by ensuring safety, enforcing rules, and assisting in emergency responses.
Requirements
- Possession of a valid Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle operator's license.
- CPR Certificate upon hire.
- Meet the PA residency requirement.
- Able to perform essential job functions.
- Satisfactory criminal history reports including, but not limited to, PA State Police clearance, PA Child Abuse history clearance, and FBI Fingerprint clearance.
Responsibilities
- Patrol assigned buildings and grounds to maintain safety and enforce rules
- Observe individuals and property and report suspicious activity or safety issues to supervisors
- Assist during fires, accidents, or other emergencies and help first responders as needed
- Secure buildings and operate doors and access points according to schedules
- Maintain order in the lobby area and dispatch staff during emergencies
- Transport individuals, property, and secure materials to designated locations
