About The Position

This is a part-time role focused on monitoring security cameras during the day to ensure the safety of the team, stores, facilities, and products. The associate will be responsible for identifying and communicating any unusual or out-of-place activities. Key duties include welcoming and checking in visitors, ensuring all visitors are authorized, maintaining logs of IDs and visitor sign-ins, and reporting any issues with cameras, alarms, or internet connectivity to management. The role also involves ensuring all activities comply with company policies and state/local cannabis regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and supporting the team with other tasks as needed.

Requirements

Alert, observant, and takes pride in keeping people and property safe.
Experience with security systems and CCTV monitoring.
Ability to spot when something’s off.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to stay calm and clear under pressure.
Ability to work well with all kinds of people and help create a respectful, secure environment for both staff and visitors.
Reliable, flexible, and can handle multiple tasks without missing a beat.

Responsibilities

Watch security cameras during the day to help keep the team, stores, facilities, and products safe.
Watch for anything unusual or out of place and communicate concerns effectively.
Welcome and check in visitors using the iPad system and make sure all doors are secure.
Ensure that all visitors are authorized to be in the building.
Keep logs up to date, including scanned IDs, visitor sign-ins, and daily security notes.
Notify management of issues with cameras, alarms, or internet connectivity.
Ensure all activity aligns with company policies and state/local cannabis regulations.
Help keep the space clean, safe, and support the team with other tasks when needed.
