About The Position

This is a part-time role focused on monitoring security cameras to ensure the safety of the team, facilities, and products. The associate will be responsible for observing for unusual activity, communicating concerns, managing visitor check-ins, maintaining logs, and reporting any issues with security systems. The role also involves ensuring compliance with company policies and state/local regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and supporting the team with other tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

Watch security cameras during the day to ensure the safety of the team, stores, facilities, and products.
Observe for anything unusual or out of place and communicate concerns effectively.
Welcome and check in visitors using the iPad system.
Ensure all doors are secure and that all visitors are authorized to be in the building.
Keep logs up to date, including scanned IDs, visitor sign-ins, and daily security notes.
Notify management of issues with cameras, alarms, or internet connectivity.
Report technical issues with cameras or suspicious activity to leadership immediately.
Ensure all activity aligns with company policies and state/local cannabis regulations.
Help keep the space clean and safe.
Support the team with other tasks when needed.
