About The Position

We are Growers, Wholesalers, Producers, Budtenders, Retailers, Partners, and we are hiring a Part Time Security Monitoring Associate. Your impact will be to watch security cameras during the day to help keep the team, our stores and facilities, and products safe. You will watch for anything unusual or out of place and communicate concerns effectively. You will also welcome and check in visitors using our iPad system, make sure all doors are secure, and ensure that all visitors are authorized to be in the building. You will keep logs up to date, including scanned IDs, visitor sign-ins, and daily security notes. You will notify management of issues with cameras, alarms, or internet connectivity, and report any technical issues or suspicious activity to leadership right away. You will ensure all activity aligns with company policies and state/local cannabis regulations. You will also help keep the space clean, safe, and support the team with other tasks when needed.

Requirements

  • Alert, observant, and takes pride in keeping people and property safe.
  • Experience with security systems and CCTV monitoring.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to stay calm and clear under pressure.
  • Works well with all kinds of people.
  • Reliable, flexible, and can handle multiple tasks without missing a beat.
