About The Position

The Security Manager is responsible for managing a team of security personnel, overseeing security operations, and coordinating with law enforcement and emergency services as needed. They are responsible for maintaining security policies and procedures, and staying abreast of emerging security threats and technologies.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer software
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
  • Proven problem-solving ability and capacity to work under pressure
  • Strategic thinker with flexibility in adapting to changing demands
  • Clean criminal background and ability to pass a drug screening
  • Valid driver's license
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in security, law enforcement, military, or management preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the safety and security of the facility, ensuring the well-being of staff, tenants, and guests.
  • Supervise, evaluate, and provide guidance to all security personnel, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Security Manager and Regional Manager to recruit, train, and develop security team members.
  • Effectively manage scheduling to meet the facility's security needs.
  • Assist in maintaining and processing detailed weekly reports to track security operations and performance.
