About The Position

As a Security Manager on our team, you’ll hone your skills in managing and supporting security programs, security clearance, background investigation, personnel security records, and insider threat detection programs. You will oversee the organization’s security programs, including risk assessments, access control, incident response, security personnel management, and compliance with regulations. You will help develop security policies, manage surveillance systems, coordinate emergency response, conduct onsite security assessments and work cross-functionally with leaders and staff, building on your skills and industry knowledge. Requirements

3+ years of experience managing or supporting security programs in government, defense, intelligence or corporate environments
Experience managing security clearance, background investigation, and personnel security records
Experience safeguarding classified and controlled information
Ability to develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and protocols to safeguard assets and ensure regulatory compliance
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Homeland Security, Security Management, or Information Systems

Nice To Haves

Experience with HQ USAF, Joint Staff, STRATCOM, or AFGSC
Knowledge of USAF and DoW security policies, programs, and regulations
Possession of excellent leadership, communication, and crisis‑management skills
Facility Security Officer (FSO) Certification
CISSP Certification
CISM Certification
CPP Certification
Completion of OPSEC Level II Training
