About The Position

The Regional Security Manager role provides consistent, accountable security leadership across Chantilly, VA, Pittsburgh, PA, and Annapolis Junction, MD. These sites support sensitive operations and require coordinated oversight of physical security, access control, incident response, compliance requirements, and local stakeholder relationships. The work involves applying advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, AR/VR, Cloud Native, and Quantum Physics to solve customer missions in cyber, RF, undersea, interstellar, and everything in between. This leader will encourage team building efforts and achieve team effectiveness in their segment supervision of the security organization in the administration of the National Industrial Security Program and/or proprietary security program. The Security Manager will oversee government security inspections and contract compliance audits along with designing and analyzing departmental security goals, ensuring contract regulatory conformance and protection of personnel and corporate assets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration of Justice, Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement or related field, or equivalent plus a minimum of 8 years relevant experience; OR Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Exceptional knowledge of the National Industrial Security Program requirements.
  • Adept at anticipating potential problem areas, applying depth of knowledge, and resolving issues.
  • Strong ability to interpret security policies and apply them consistently across diverse situations.
  • Department of Defense TS/SCI security clearance is required with ability to obtain a Polygraph.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
