Requirements
- Enthusiastic, compassionate, senior care professional who is passionate about hospitality and senior engagement
Responsibilities
- Check facility doors and door tabs for security purposes
- Rounds through campus
- Performs routine preventive maintenance
- Performs minor building and equipment repairs and maintains all tools, equipment and supplies in proper condition
- May assist in general housekeeping, as needed
- Respond to emergency calls and emergency weather situations promptly and in accordance with safety policies and procedures
