About The Position

Marksman Security is seeking a Security Licensed Shift Supervisor for a 2-shift operation at a recognized Top Workplace in Kansas City. This role involves overseeing and managing site activity during a specific shift, conducting routine inspections and audits of security personnel, working with data center systems, CCTV, and VMS. The position requires controlling ingress/egress, making rounds, responding to emergencies, coordinating with external agencies, ensuring equipment functionality, and providing detailed shift reports. Requirements

Minimum of one year of prior supervisory experience in security
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)
Valid MO Driver’s license
Valid CPR-AED
Valid MO Security License

Responsibilities

Oversees and manages site activity during a specific shift.
Conducts routine inspections and audits of security personnel to ensure proper implementation of security procedures and protocols.
Works with data center systems, CCTV, and VMS.
Controls ingress/egress and makes rounds.
Responds to emergencies and coordinates with law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency medical personnel if required.
Ensures all security equipment, like security cameras and alarms, are in good working condition.
Provides regular detailed shift reports.
